Analytics for Contracts is now available!

Organisations that use our Analytics module can now view, alongside the dashboards presenting sourcing data, new dashboards that provide visual representations of key information on contracts so you can view at-a-glance:

  • The real-time status all of your contracts
  • Contract variations and the reason for the variation
  • Contracts with the highest value variations, both figure and percentage of the contract
  • The number of contracts expiring in the upcoming period, and much more!

The Master Table enables you to drill down to the detail of each contract and raw data can be easily extracted in csv format.

Contracts Overview

GIF: Filters to view contracts by status (active, draft, expired etc.) and view contracts by department or value. The bar graph provides a view of your contracts over time. 

 

 

Contract Variations

GIF: Apply filters if required, and quickly view contracts with the highest variations. You can also view the reason for the variance at-a-glance. And if you want to drill into the detail of your selection, jump to the master data table. All data is able to be exported to csv.

Master Table

The Master Table provides a view of:

1. All contract data, where you can filter by contract status, contract type, department close date, and more

2. Variation data, including the variation value and reason for variation

3. Extension data, including the value of the extension.
