Display changes to the Internal and External Request Reports

After receiving some feedback on the Internal Request Reports page, we've made some changes to the layout to make it easy for Administrators to view at-a-glance the status of their organisations requests.

For example, you will now be able to easily identify Requests that have been finalised with no successful respondent, or open Requests that are yet to receive a response.

 

The changes include:

  • Removing less helpful columns to create more space. These columns are:
    • 'COMP' - indicating whether the Request has been completed or not. This is visible in the new 'STATUS column with incomplete Request marked as 'Draft'. 
    • 'ACT' - indicating whether the Request is active or not. This is now included as a status.
    • 'POSTED' - this column is redundant as the date aligns with the open date which is presented.
  • Adding new columns 'STATUS' and 'SEL' (Selected)

The new 'STATUS' column shows one of five status types:

  • Open
  • Closed
  • Draft
  • Finalised
  • Inactive

The '#RESP' column displays how many suppliers have responded to the Request, and the 'SEL' column indicates whether one of the responses has been selected as successful or not.

Detailed Supplier Pricing now available in csv

It's much easier to compare supplier pricing with the Detailed Quote now available in the Response zip file download as a csv file. From here, you can manipulate the data, using look ups or a simple cut and paste to compare supplier responses.
