Approval History

One of the great benefits of running approvals through Nimblex is that a clear, searchable history of approvals is created.

The Approvals dashboard provides a window to look for any approval in the system, and by using the available filters, it is simple to locate specific approvals even if the event happened long ago.

The submission record itself shows a clear history of all of the specific approval events that occurred for the specific submission.

This includes the following details:

Was the approval conducted in system or in DocuSign (or other)?
What was the role of the approver at the time that they approved?
Who exactly was the approver and did someone else approve on their behalf?
What was the date and time of the approval?
Were there any comments made by the approver when making their decision?
