Support Changes - July 2023: Help Widget

These changes are effective from the 31st of July 2023.

Our help widget takes prominent place within the VendorPanel system and our help centres to deliver at-hand support via Chat or instructional articles when you need them without navigating away.

You’ll notice the following changes:

  • The widget will adopt a more simplified design but will still be in the bottom-right corner of the VendorPanel window.
  • The widget will now show your prior conversation threads. This means that any important context to prior contact is immediately reviewable and can be leveraged to facilitate the Chat without having to dig through previous tickets in your email.
  • If we’re offline, or if you prefer to navigate support articles, the widget will be more effective in guiding you to a relevant article relating to your challenge. This will be delivered via more interactive troubleshooting workflows.
