A vanity URL is a personalised URL for your enterprise that uses a clear and concise address versus one filled with random alpha-numeric characters. Customers with Go To Market should have a vanity URL.
A vanity URL will take the form of: www.vendorpanel.com.au/<vanityname>. With <vanityname> being your unique, shortened name for your enterprise.
An organisation's long-form url would look similar to: https://www.vendorpanel.com.au/?emcc=000000000000
…. or, using a vanity URL: https://www.vendorpanel.com.au/vp
I don’t know my organisation’s vanity name
There are a couple of ways to establish your vanity name/url:
- Reach out to your Super Admin as we share this information with them.
- Contact support and we will find it for you.

Linking to a specific tender
When sharing a tender, it’s common for Buyers to provide multiple steps or potentially confusing instructions when directing a user to the tender.
This can be avoided by linking them directly to the tender in order to request access and receive an invitation via email.
- Go to your Tenders page URL: www.vendorpanel.com.au/<vanityname>/tenders
- Next to the tender you want to share, select the Access Request button.
- Copy the full URL and provide accordingly.
