What are Social Impact Badges?

With this feature, suppliers are badged in VendorPanel Go to Market with publicly available data that shows their social impact credentials. This makes it easy for staff to identify and choose suppliers based on characteristics such as:

• Registered charities or not-for-profit organisations
• 'Climate Active' or carbon neutral businesses
• ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
• Suppliers with a registered Modern Slavery statement

Buyers can filter suppliers based on their Social Impact Badges, making it easy for them to follow your organisation’s supplier selection process. You can also set "preferred" (i.e. "badged") suppliers to appear at the top of search results when staff are looking for suppliers.

Using Social Impact badges in VendorPanel

Buyers can easily view which suppliers are certified and badged in their own lists, shared lists, or on the VendorPanel Marketplace lists in the 'Select Suppliers' stage of the Request Wizard.

Where does the data come from?

We source the data from Australian Government managed lists and match against the supplier's ABN. The data is updated regularly so new suppliers will be badged on an ongoing basis.
