New functionality in Rate Cards

We’ve created two new features in Rate Cards to enable further efficiencies and more flexibility for List Administrators managing rate cards.

 

List Administrators can now manage rate cards on behalf of suppliers

When setting up a rate card template against a list, the administrator can now choose whether they’d like the supplier to manage their own rate card, or whether they would prefer to manage it for them.

CSV download/upload of rate card templates

All users – List Admins and Suppliers – managing rate cards can now download the rate card as CSV template and fill the data in Excel. Once completed, they then upload to the system and can make edits from there if required. Rate cards can still be completed in the system (rather than using CSV upload).

Additional benefits / use cases:

  • Suppliers can download their existing (or future) system generated rate cards for their own documentation
  • List Admins managing rate cards can download the CSV template and send it to suppliers to fill in the details before uploading to the system.

 

Edit your responses to Supplier queries

Supplier queries often require thoughtful responses, and sometimes it’s only after we’ve submitted a response that we realise we’ve omitted something, or been unintentionally misleading, or made a confusing spelling or grammatical error.

With this release, buyers can edit their responses and the supplier/s will be notified of the edit made. For trivial edits, buyers can choose to not send a notification.
