Incomplete Supplier Profiles on Marketplace (Includes Survey)
To improve the buyer experience of using the Marketplace, we are regularly reviewing the suppliers registered to identify dormant or defunct suppliers that need to be removed. Our latest action is to remove suppliers with incomplete registrations (those suppliers that have not completed their registration within 3 months, despite reminder emails being sent). While not visible to buyers, these suppliers ‘clutter’ up the management of the marketplace lists. All incomplete suppliers that are deleted are able to re-register at a later time by following the standard registration process.
During investigation into incomplete user accounts, it was identified that many clients have Incomplete Buyer accounts in their Local Groups, or Incomplete Supplier accounts on their Supplier Lists. Can you please answer the survey questions (found via the button link below) to provide us with some further information so we can decide if we should expand the incomplete user deletion process any further.
Procurement Home
To enhance the Procurement Home experience, we have added in a simple tool to help users determine what they need to do, as well as bring in actions that they need to perform across the modules they are accessing.
A new ‘Sentence Builder’ tool has been added to help staff to get to the right module based on what they need to do today.
A new 'Actions' section has been added, to centralise visibility of the actions that are currently active across the different modules.
